Founded in Winchester Bay on the southern Oregon coast back in 2005, the Sourdough Bakery has a long history of crafting specialty sourdough breads, all natural with no chemicals or preservatives!

We’ve also created exciting flavored breads, including Spinach-Asiago, Jalapeno-Cheddar, and Supergrain bread!

In 2018 we relocated to the Wilsonville area to bring our bread to a greater population base, and the rest is history!
