Using day old bread

Sourdough is so good, you don’t want to waste a single slice! But after the first cold days, without any anti-staling additives, it starts to get hard…

This is because of the gluten tightening up, and fortunately for us, this is a reversible process!!

All you need to do is heat it up and it will be soft again! So you can use the sliced bread for panini’s or grilled sandwiches, or use the whole loaf as a soup bowl! Yum!!
